Moreover, the Customer hereby acknowledges that Resort Condominiums International de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is the company that serves as call-center to the Customer and link with the providers of services that appear in the Certificates; consequently, Resort Condominiums International de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is not responsible in connection with the rendering of services described in the Certificates; therefore, any claim related to the rendering of such services will have to be directly submitted to such providers of services.
